Our Relocation Tours begin the 1st Saturday night of every month – following the ARCR Seminar (Association of Residents of Costa Rica).

Arrive in San José, Costa Rica.
Check into the Hotel Colonial.
Day 2 – Sunday
8a - Breakfast – You will be met and accompanied by a member of our staff.
11a - Depart from San José hotel by bus.
Lunch en route on the scenic ride through the Cerro de la Muerte, the highest pass in Costa Rica.
4p - Arrive in the offices of South Pacific Real Estate Services (SPRES) for a brief orientation.
5p - Check in at Hotel Cristal Ballena.
6p - Welcome Dinner.
